Return Policy

All returns require approval which requires and email or phone call to our store. Using the Contact Us page is the best way to reach us. Your order number, order date, and user name will help expedite your order return request.

Please save all packaging and accessories for any item that is returned to envjewelry.com. All original equipment, components, documents and packaging must be returned with your item in order for envjewelry.com to process your return request. An item returned for a replacement may be repaired or replaced at envjewelry.com discretion, unless otherwise required by law. Products with specific refund and return policies and deadlines must be returned within the time periods specified for each item. All items sold through envjewelry.com are subject to our Policies and Agreements. Physically damaged items cannot be returned unless the damage was a result of shipping.

  • WE ONLY ACCEPT RETURNS IF ITEMS WERE DAMAGED DURING SHIPPING! ALL OTHER ITEMS ARE NON-RETURNABLE!
  • No Refunds, replacement only.
  • Return for replacement within: 10 day
  • Perishable items must be sealed

Physical Damage Policy

Physically damaged items cannot be returned to envjewelry.com unless the damages are a result of shipping.

Improper usage of a product resulting in damage cannot be returned for refund or replacement. Physical damage includes (but is not limited to) improper handling and any other type of damage sustained by irregular use.
If you return any physically damaged item to envjewelry.com, the item will be returned to you at your expense.

Shipping Policy

All items will ship UPS unless changed at envjewelry.com discretion. envjewelry.com will attempt to supply tracking numbers whenever possible but can not guaranty tracking numbers will be available or accurate. Customers who experience products damaged by a result of mishandled shipping must contact envjewelry.com immediately to report the incident, and envjewelry.com will instruct the customer how to settle this issue immediately by way of a possible return or exchange.
